Concept development
Shaping a promising idea into a clear organizational or business concept: who it serves, what it does, why it should exist.
Good ideas deserve more than discussion. They need research, a plan, the right people and a practical pathway to launch. That's what the Project Launcher provides.

Honest market research and testing. If the numbers say an idea isn't ready, it's better to learn that early.
Strategic plans, budgets, staffing and the operating model that will carry the project day to day.
Identifying the partners, talent, funding opportunities and resources a project needs, and approaching them well.
Hands-on help through early development and launch, drawing on our operations practice and network.
Designing projects so that what works in one community can be adapted for another.
Each project gets the full treatment: honest market research, real budgets, real partners, and a public page you can explore.

Bring us a projectPassion starts projects; discipline finishes them. Every venture goes through the same tests before it earns real money or real time.
Market data first, hopes second. If the numbers say an idea isn't worth building, it stops quickly, and we say so. The ideas that survive are stronger for it.
Real budgets, real compliance, real partners, run with the same rigour as a school business office.
Every project must serve someone concrete: a student, a family, a community. Profit sustains the mission; it isn't the mission.

One of our deepest commitments is helping establish and support Christian education initiatives and schools, including in the Caribbean and Africa.
We're at the beginning of that work. Sojourn, on Grand Bahama, is our first international project. We're looking for educators, partner organizations, local leaders and supporters who share this vision and want to help build carefully, in genuine partnership with the communities involved.
Tell us what you're trying to build, who it serves, and where it's stuck. We'll tell you honestly whether we can help.
Let's identify what's holding your organization back and build a practical path forward. Tell us a little about what's going on; you don't need a polished brief.
